Sun Dynasty

We were visiting Plymouth with out of state family. We go there often to walk the waterfront. Most places were closed for the season. We decided chinese food would be fast and convenient. We should have left The place is run down and dirty. The restrooms were disgusting. The waiter was rude. He practically threw plates on the table. Same with the food. He stepped on my foot at least 3 times and my foot was well under the table. He never came back to ask if we needed anything further. He didn't refill the tea. The only saving grace was the food was actually good. I would suggest that if you want food from this restaurant, get it to go. I do shutter to think about what the kitchen looks like.

Our server Peter was so rude and abrupt from first Greeting to presenting the check. Food is good & we have been regulars when ever in town for past 15 years. But because of Peter we will not be back any time soon if ever. Peter used to be great & we always tip 20% or better, but he has changed since his return. If he is in a bad mood for any reason he seems to take it out on his customers.

Was harrased and yelled at for using the bathroom before i placed an order. Jesus christ, would you prefer I drop a load on your floor? With how the restaurant looks I wouldn't be surprised if you would indeed prefer your customers to add to the filth. Was planning on sitting down for lunch. That will certainly never happen. Absolutely terrible owner, treat people how you want to be treated.

I have been to bad restaurants before but this takes the cake. I grew up right outside of Plymouth and our family used to love this place and the Ming dynasty in Marshfield. My daughter and I were curtly told to sit wherever we wanted when we asked for a window seat. He was annoyed that we didn't know what we wanted right away. We ordered and my meal usually comes with crunchy noodles for egg food young, he said we have them but cost extra again i wad told with a curt and nasty tone. uhm ok. Our food come and we ask for duck sauce and a glass of water , you think I asked hime to get water from a river in gaum. Food was barely edible. We asked for to go container for the food that was ok and he then took it out back and came back with my nasty stuff in the box. So me left everything and paid the whole bill in ones and left a 2 cent tip. Spend your money elsewhere.

Our waiter Peter was amazing & very service oriented. Food amazing. had pu pu for 2& beef lo mein. He appeared to be their only one waiting over 10 tables and was very fast& efficient,friendly! One star off from perfect 5* because of bathroom cleanliness. Was better than many others ,just owner had 1 out of 2 faucets in womens room with No hot water. Definitely will be back with husband

My wife and I ordered food for take out and when we got into the car we thought it smelled bad but we head home to start eating and both of us felt sick after eating so I called to ask for a refund and the manager got on the phone and said no one has complained that it can’t be the food and wouldn’t give me a refund I even asked for a partial refund. If you don’t want to spend all night on the toilet don’t go here.
